What to put gifts of biscuits into?

my DS and I are going to make biscuit presents for our nearest and dearest (obviously those who will appreciate something made by a grubby 2 year old ). What can I put them in? I have been fantasising about cellophane bags but have no idea where to get them from or if I would need to buy 200 rather than 10.
