Help needed to beat last year's present

Hello all,

I am getting started early on this one, and need some ideas.

In a fit of inspired gift giving, I bought my sister one of the famed IKEA Festive Goats last Christmas (the large one, obviously). The look on her face was priceless and I nearly wet myself laughing, but in true 'take it on the chin' fashion, it now takes pride of place in her kitchen on top of the fridge.

So, having set the bar quite high last year, I am now struggling to think what I could possibly get her to beat this.
