What are you serving for Xmas dinner along with some kind of roasted meat and potatoes?

Not very traditional but we normally do mash potato, roast parsnips, red cabbage, Yorkshire puddings, carrots, peas, sprouts in cheese sauce.

We're having roasted salmon on the day. There will be lots and lots of veg - spiced red cabbage, roast parsnip, just for me (with a sneaky one on DS2's plate) carrots and sprouts. The carrots and sprouts will be plain and not overcooked, which is how we prefer them. If i remember, I'll have some cranberry and onion confit on my own plate.

Choice of mince pies and custard or Christmas pud afterwards.
