This Christmas pudding recipe was gorgeous!

Got this from the Jamie Oliver website. I usually made my Mum's recipe but had lost it and googled instead. It turned out nicer than Mums which is saying something as she always got compliments on hers and made them for a local market.
The difference between this and other recipes seems to be boiling an orange and a lemon and then liquidising them and adding to the mixture and the addition of prunes, figs and pecans. ( last two were optional but I think they made a big difference)
Anyhow if anyone wants a recipe for next year, here it is!
