"all 3 say they don't need or want anything"

Could you take them seriously - buy each a box of chocs and donate what you would have spent to the refuge toy list?

I have awkward male relatives too, so have bought them a gift set of 4 pairs of calvin klein socks for Christmas, £20 each, job done Grin

THanks so far for sugestions.

Budget for brother & Dad - upto £100 each

For DH - no budget as such as I'm happy to spend it on him and he never wants anything - truly if I "forgot" to get him a present he genuinely wouldn't mind - but I would ! In the past have bougt him experiences/weekend away but can't now as DS & school/time off issues.

For your DH, I don't know how old your DS is, but if young could you do a certificate for a 'Dad's day off' when he can go out guilt free IYKWIM?

Don't waste money on gifts they don't want. Donate it instead.
