My DD finds it difficult to decide what she would like from father Christmas so I need som inspiration as I may get one request from her.

DD was demonstrating her prowess on a friend's two wheeled scooter so I think she may want one (probably with Hello Kitty on it). She is starting to take some interest in Lego (has a nearly 7 year old brother who is v interested Grin)

DD will be 5 in February. She has asked for:

Wooden vet and horse box (she already has the house and stables that go with it)
At the stables jigsaw
Floss and It's a Dog's Life books

She is horse and dog mad though!

DD is 4.5 at Christmas and she would like a leapster explorer with tinkerbell game (maths geek I'm afraid), lego, in my pocket toys, moon dough books and teeny little families.

Lelli Kelly boots, Bratz & Barbies is what she wants.

Oh, and the chocolate coin maker both she and DS want. I've heard it's rubbish though

Chocolate coin maker is the most rubbish toy I have ever seen. My 5 year old dd wants a dolls house and a bigger bike with no stabilisers. Thankfully my parents bought a v cheap dolls house second hand that both dd s can share.

i had no intention at all of getting her the chocolate coin maker, but might look into getting one of the other food making things she is after

Find it a really difficult age. Thinking playmobile animal sets as she loves animals.

Starting to like Barbie but not sure she would play with it after the first day.

Last Christmas DD1 (just 5) asked FC for Lego, glue, sellotape, stickers and lip gloss. She also received lots of other arty things, audio CDs (incl Just so stories, stories for 5-year-olds and My naughty little sister), stripy tights, hairclips, more lego, a Bob and Blossom t-shirt with a number 5 on it and various books.

This year she's asked FC for some Sylvanian Families things, more lego, nail varnish and something for her little sister who isn't old enough to write.

She'll be receiving all of the above plus doodle books, shampoo, a map of the world book and a toy highchair for her teddy.

The Crocodile Creek jigsaws in a suitcase are still popular with her - we gave her one for her 4th Christmas. How about one of those art box thingies that has different layers to store wiggly eyes, sequins etc?
