I have absolutly no idea what to get dd1 for xmas, I have to buy for my mum and dad and gran as well so all together quite a lot of money. was looking at the dreamtime stables or puppy cottage, would they be too young for her.
dd2 is so easy in comparison and is probably having the toddler doll and bits and bobs to go with it.
I weould rather they had a big present than loads of little things that they wont play with.
If no good then any other ideas?

actuakky never mind just looked and it recommends for up to 6. I really have no ideas at all, she has asked for a fur real walking dog thing but I think they look like a total rip off and we have an actual dog which is surely more fun.

How about Playmobil, they do lots of sets where you can buy the main thing and others can buy the add one. There's a horse one, school, castle and house. My daughter is nearly 7 and loves it.

I'd get the fur real dog if that's what she's asked for.

Definitely Playmobil if she doesn't already have it. DD got the circus set last year, and it has been played with loads.
