Ingredients1 Chorizo ring1 chicken breast 1 onion Rice Tin of chopped tomatoes Pinch of paprika 1 pepper 1 litre veg stock |
Handy HintTaste before you dish it up to make sure the rice is cooked, if not add a little more water, turn the heat up a little and cook for another 10 minutes |

MethodChop up all the ingredients.Fry the chicken until it's white then remove from pan. Add the onion and pepper. Once softened, add the rice and dry cook for a few minutes being careful not to burn it. Add the stock little by little, stirring all the time. Add the chorizo, the chopped tomatoes and paprika. Add the cooked chicken from earlier and leave to simmer for 20 minutes and voila...yummy! | |||||||||||||||||||
