Ingredients

2 big dollops of mayonnaise
3/4 large pot of natural yoghurt
1 tbsp water
5 smallish cloves of garlic grated or crushed
2 small tsp mild chilli powder
Juice of 1/4 lemon

IF PREGNANT MAKE SURE THE MAYO HAS *PASTURISED* EGG

Method

Mix all the ingredients together, cover and put in the fridge for at least an hour.

You can adjust the amounts of chilli/lemon/garlic to taste.
