"Lovely spot, basic but clean facilities…"
This is a pretty basic campsite with clean showers and toilets, friendly staff, and fairly good size pitches, located 2 minutes on foot from a beautiful stretch of the Suffolk coast line, and only 15 minutes walk from the pretty town of Southwold - and for location alone, it's worth a long weekend.Read moreLess

We camped here in July 2009 and had a really brilliant time. All facilities basic but clean. Right near the beach and harbour. Southwold a 10 min walk away with its great pier, catch crabs* at walberswick just across the water, lifeboat museum, kiosk. Pubs selling fish and chips. Campsite quite exposed so can be v windy. Pitches quite close together. Plenty of activities within short drive eg the brilliant maize maze (recommended for age 5 and up)
